The hotel was quite well-located, with lots of nearby restaurants and cafes to choose from. It was a great place to stay for a romantic getaway, as the atmosphere was quite cozy, and the price was right. We really enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to both the beach and the Dragon bridge from the hotel.
There were a few issues during our stay at the hotel. One of the main issues was that the electronic key for our room needed to be re-programmed several times during our stay, which was quite frustrating.

Located in a convenient spot with various shops and restaurants nearby. the room is spacious with a nice view that makes it worthwhile. the staff is friendly and willing to help you out.
The house cleaning could be done more frequently to ensure the cleanliness of the amenities.

We loved the central location of this hotel. Everything was within walking distance, from coffee cafes to mini marts to hair saloons. Grab bikes were available if we wanted to venture further out. The lift from the basement to our room level was also convenient. We had a smooth and fast check-in experience here. What was also great were the friendly and helpful staff who could speak English well.

This hotel was a great spot for a Christmas stay. the location was fantastic, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. We also loved that it was within walking distance of both the beach and a famous bridge.
First, the TV channels were difficult to navigate, and many were in Vietnam language only.
